Hello everyone...shall blog a bit about my work...its my first week of work at Ramen Ten and its for th experience more than the money (seriously would you want to work for $4.5/hr at Tamp when you live in Hougang if not for the experience?)...worked mon, wed, fri and going to work today. The work is manageable but tiring...at least for th first week....

i did clearing plates, serving food, taking orders and chatting with ppl...i am new so dont have topics with everyone yet and frankly there are some ppl who just make me uncomfortable talking with them. (or rather a particular group of ppl who i nv tried to talk to in my life)...should break through!!

The main manager doesnt make a gd first impression cos she started scolding everyone th first time i saw her on fri with the liberal use of the F-word....we were tired and eating our staff meal at 11 plus at night and the senior part time staff gt scared and doesnt want to eat anymore and she came in and said "better eat and go home or if i really lose my temper all this will end up on th floor!" WA how threatening! I work for you not your dog.

They take it seriously in training staff through i just want a job for the next 3-5 months (I estimate that is all the time i need to gain all my experience on my first F&B job) bef i go find something better. yeah they count in months when u work there so ppl who work for 2-3 seem senior already....

ok should go get ready for my first sunday of work...going to be busy.
